TURDS RELEASE TURD WHO STABBED BEATLE GEORGE HARRISON
The unflushed turd who
stabbed George Harrison, arguably shortening his life, has been ordered released
from a mental institution by the turds with the power---if not the brains---to
make such a decision: a judge, a psychiatrist, and a member of the public.
Judges and psychiatrists
have repeatedly released mental patients they deemed to be no threat to others
only to have those released mental patients go on to commit the same kind of
outrages that got them committed in the first place---including murder. Like the
15-year-old New Jersey boy whose parents pleaded that he be committed only to be
contradicted by a shrink who said the boy was no threat to himself or to others.
Once freed, the boy promptly murdered a younger kid.
Psychiatrists are presumed
to have the credentials to know such things even though their credentials really
cover up the fact that they don’t know what they claim to know.
Routinely, they join judges in approving the release of child-molesters,
who serve their time as model prisoners in the hopes of getting out of jail
quickly so they can molest a child again as soon as they are freed.
The turd who stabbed ex-Beatle George, Michael Abram, 35, is a confirmed paranoid schizophrenic who’d been in and out of mental institutions and who thought he was committing
his crime as a
"mission from God." Abram
told psychiatrists he stabbed Harrison on December 30, 1999, because he believed
he was possessed by the former Beatle. He broke into George’s home in
Henley-on-Thames, and stabbed him repeatedly, puncturing a lung. He also
attacked George’s wife, Olivia, when she came to her husband's defense.
Abram was tried for
attempted murder but acquitted in November 2000, on the grounds of insanity. A
judge ordered him detained at the Scott Clinic, a psychiatric facility in
Liverpool, "without time restriction." Health officials apologized to Harrison and to Abram for
failing adequately to treat Abram's mental health problems. He had been in and
out of psychiatric facilities for years and sought help in the weeks before the
George died of cancer on
November 29, at the age of 58. His family said he would have reacted to the news
of Abram’s release with "a mixture of anger and dismay."
"We certainly wish Mr.
Abram no ill, but to be presented with this as a fact after the event is deeply
upsetting and insulting, and we feel again completely let down by the
system," said a statement from Olivia Harrison and the couple's son, Dhani.
"It remains the case in this country that the victim simply has no voice.
The law must be changed."
After Abram's trial,
George's son Dhani read a statement from the family protesting the "ancient
lunatic law" that allows acquittal on mental grounds.
On July 4, a spokeswoman for Mersey Care NHS Trust, which runs the Scott Clinic, issued a statement saying, "Michael Abram ... has been given a conditional discharge today by a Mental Health Review Tribunal." She added that the conditions of Abram's discharge would remain confidential. ##
