Hitler
didn't have a sister whio lived in Liverpool. When Adolf was 22, he
spent 6 months with his half brother Alois in a flat at 102 Upper Stahope
Street.
Just
thought you might like to know that.

This
is the latest wisdom on the subject. Is
this guy getting steamed up
about my error which I corrected on my own site but forgot to do in your
intro of me? No big deal Al,
Hitler's dead and so is his brother.

Mr
Aronowitz:
I´m
always delighted by your stories, especially those concerning The Beatles &
Bob Dylan. That´s the reason I´m asking you to write about a character very
often mentioned but not very well-known: the controversial and misterious former
Dylan´s manager, Albert Grossman.
Could
that be possible? Thank you and congratulations for your great website.

Nepal says NO to "Never Give Up"
Date: Thu, 9 May 2002 09:57:57 EDT
From: Tappingmyphone@aol.com
To: info@blacklistedjournalist.com
After
numerous delays I finally received word that I would not be allowed to read in
Nepal "for political reasons." And that I would be an easy target for
Maoist Rebel snipers and I would endanger the lives of all Sherpas, and their
families, who have any association with me. Besides the Nepali military and
police, the Maoist Rebels are targeting Sherpas and Teachers. They are beheading
all those they capture and those who surrender.
Naturally,
after preparing for nearly a year, I was devastated. But I certainly didn't want
to GO on a Peace Mission and endanger the lives of others. And I didn't want to
GO on a suicide mission.
I
am delighted that The Dalai Lama/Ron Whitehead "Never Give Up" message
poem was accepted as the global theme for the 2002 "Poetry On The
Peaks" program and has been distributed round the world. The "Poetry
On The Peaks" folks in NYC, knowing how much I put into going to Nepal,
have offered for me to give other readings.
I
have been busier than ever utilizing this unexpected available time to do more
touring with The Viking Hillbilly Apocalypse Revue, to record a new I WILL NOT
BOW DOWN CD, to work in the studio on several other recording projects, and to
work on completing volume 2 of BEAVER DAM ROCKING CHAIR MARATHON. I am presently
working round the clock to complete the novel by the end of May. I've been out
of town most of the time and will continue to be until early June.
I
appreciate Your Prayers and Good Wishes. I have needed all of them in dealing
with the disappointment of not making this trip. I have even deeper regret about
what is GOing on in Nepal, little of which is being reported in the western
press. I have gained greater insight by reading about Nepal's Civil War in the
March issue of SHAMBHALA SUN. I understand better now why my association with
The Dalai Lama has prevented me from reading in Nepal after reading the NATIONAL
GEOGRAPHIC's April issue feature on Tibet and The Dalai Lama. In that feature
please notice the "Never Give Up" message poem on the t-shirt of a
young man photographed in India. I'm glad to see the poem being bootlegged.
The
Prime Minister of Nepal is headed to Washington D.C. to meet with President
Bush. I've been told that there is still some chance that I'll be allowed to
read in Nepal. It all depends on whether the Maoist stranglehold can be
loosened. I hope Nepal isn't facing the same fate Tibet suffered falling to
China in 1959. Over one million Tibetans have been killed since then. Not one
country lifted a finger to help Tibet. The Dalai Lama still lives in exile in
Dharmsala, India. I have written him a letter explaining the situation.
God
Bless Each and Every One of You
With Love and Appreciation

LETTER FROM RUSSIA

Re: Thanks from Russia

Dear
Mr. Aronowitz,
I`m
grateful to you for the offer to write letters to your respected journal.
I`m
carried away by the style you write about famous people; the bright style
without any clichés.
Unfortunately,
many of our newspapers have a lot of imperfections. Journalists write about
well-known politicians, great actors, eminent scientists etc., but they often
don`t see that all these superstars are, first and foremost, people with their
senses, moods, love and hate. Many of us are accustomed to pin labels and
sometimes it lead to great mistakes and tragedies.
Every
day I walk near the place where Nikolay II and his family were murdered in 1918.
It happened in Ipatyev`s House which later had been wiped off the face of the
earth. Today here are a little chapel and a cross. Also people`re building here
a monumental temple called Temple-on-the Blood. I can`t stop thinking about this
story, perhaps one of the most terrible stories not only in Russian, but also in
the World history. Why do people act like animals sometimes? Why could they
murder, and so cruelly, a defenceless family?
They said: He was a tsar and the soviet newspapers later wrote: He was a
tsar and he made political mistakes.
Probably,
he had made a lot of mistakes, but he was a man, first of all, and he
had a loving wife, four young beautiful daughters who dreamed about
marriage and happy families, like all girls do. And he had a 14-year-old son
Alyosha who suffered from hemophilia. So Nikolay held Alyosha on his arms when
the murders shot them.
This
story has a lot of secrets, even today. It was always too many rumours,
obscurities, even tales about those events. And now people are bringing flowers
to this place and offering prayers- for the saint Tsar! Again this label. It
seems like nobody think he was an usual mortal man with his virtues and defects.
So i think people are the same like in former times. They`re always ready both
to crucify and to deify. Isn`t it a pity?
PS.
Excuse me for my grammatical mistakes. I can have taken pictures of the chapel
and of the building of the temple if they would be interesting for Your readers.
I`m sending a picture of me maybe it`ll come in useful.
Yours
sincerely,
Natalya.
Ekaterinburg.
